What you can bring
You don't need to know the name for what you're feeling, and you don't need to choose a category to book. These pages describe the concerns people most often bring; if yours isn't listed, a first consultation is still the right place to start.

Sessions are online, so where you are makes no difference to the counselling. It does make a difference to your schedule, which is why we've written about what online sessions look like for two of the cities we hear from most.
No hour on the Ring Road or the Metro each way. Sessions from Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad or Faridabad.
Counselling for people in DelhiTimes that fit shift patterns and calls, from HITEC City to Secunderabad, without crossing the city.
Counselling for people in HyderabadA phone or laptop, a steady connection and a private room are all you need, wherever you live.
How online sessions workHow it works
Choose a session type and a time that suits you. You'll be asked briefly what brings you here, along with your age and gender, so the first session starts well prepared.
Your booking is confirmed straight away by email, with a reminder before the session. Sessions run on Google Meet; you'll receive the link before you meet.
Join from your phone or laptop, in a space that feels private. A first consultation runs 45 minutes; after that, you and Somesh agree together on what would help.
Fees are shown on the booking page before you confirm, and no payment is needed to book. Sessions are individual and held online on Google Meet.
To change or cancel a booking, call +91 83097 78275 at least 24 hours ahead.
For many common concerns, sessions over video have been found to be comparable to meeting in person. What matters most is the relationship you build with your counsellor and having a private, comfortable space to talk from. Many people find it easier to open up from home.
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and a reasonably steady internet connection, a private spot where you won't be overheard, and headphones if you have them. Google Meet works in a browser; no app is required.
Yes. What you share in sessions stays between you and Somesh. The only exceptions are the ones every counsellor works with: if there is a serious risk to your life or someone else's, or where the law requires disclosure. Somesh will always talk with you first wherever possible.
Mostly a conversation. You'll talk about what has been happening, what you'd like to be different, and what support might look like. You don't need to prepare anything or have the right words. Read more in what happens in your first session.
