What HopeLooom collects when you visit this site or book a session, how it is used, and how to reach us about it.

Who we are
HopeLooom Mental Health Services is the counselling practice of Somesh Saurav. You can reach us at somesh@hopelooom.com or +91 83097 78275.
When you visit the website
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, and what kind of device they use. This helps us see which pages are useful. Advertising features and Google Signals are switched off, so the data is not used to build advertising profiles or to follow you across other sites. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits; you can block or clear these in your browser settings, and the site works normally without them.
We do not run any other trackers, and we do not sell or share visitor data.
When you book a session
Bookings are handled by VoltsBook, our scheduling service. When you book you provide your name, email address and phone number, along with brief answers to three questions (what brings you here, your age and your gender). This information is used only to arrange and remind you of your sessions and to prepare for them. VoltsBook's own privacy policy applies to how it stores this information.
During and after sessions
What you share in counselling is confidential. Sessions are not recorded. Somesh keeps brief session notes, stored securely and accessible only to him, to support your ongoing care. The only exceptions to confidentiality are a serious risk to your life or someone else's, or where the law requires disclosure; wherever possible, you will be told first.
Links to other sites
The resources page links to external organisations (for example NIMH, SAMHSA and Indian helplines). Their privacy practices are their own.
Your choices
- You can block analytics cookies in your browser, or use a browser extension that does so.

To do any of these, email somesh@hopelooom.com.
